![]() We went up to the shopping area which was way overpriced and the saleslady didn't even acknowledge our presence. I didn't see anyone who appeared to be having fun, just people staring intently at the machines. The Casino We have no particular feelings towards casinos one way or the other, but as we walked through it, my wife said, "I feel uncomfortable." I've never heard my wife say that about anything, so I looked around and saw so many "senior" seniors sitting around and pumping their money into the slots. Bottled beer was $4 more than any local bars and food and wine were certainly no bargain either. I did check out their menus though and was surprised to see how overpriced things were especially with the millions made from gambling which could have more than offset the prices. The sports bar was the same and the artist's cafe did not seem that appealing, so we had to find a restaurant outside the resort. The steakhouse, Nero's was shut and the buffet had a waiting line of over 50 people to get into a full restaurant. 'It's classy without being ostentatious, big but economical, easy to drive, comfortable to ride in, cruises nicely, especially since I put radial tires on, and I love the way it takes a hill,' Jim proudly tells us. The Restaurants We stayed on a Tuesday night at the end of the month when there were no shows on, yet you couldn't get anywhere near a restaurant in the resort. While there are a lot of little things to like about the Windsor DeLuxe, they all add up to the main reasons to own a 1953 Chrysler. Maybe the hotel suffers from the "Windsor/Zug Island Vibrations." At night the skyline was beautiful, but with so many lights around the hotel windows, you have to shut the curtains otherwise it is like day in the room. The A/C was quiet, but the room had a distinct hum in it which could not be identified as to where it was coming from. No mini-bar for a "luxury room", but there was a small fridge. Lights flickered and were slow to come on in the bathroom. The bathroom had been upgraded a bit, but I have no idea why they kept the 50's tub. For the most part, their wood clad windows are a 'value window,' meaning they are often carried at high. Windsor Vinyl Windows get 3.9 out of 5 stars based on the 13 Windsor windows reviews below. The view was excellent, looking right at the Renaissance Centre and the river. The Windsor Windows Pinnacle Series is available as an aluminum clad or full wood option with an interior wood species choice of fir, alder and pine. The Room We chose a "luxury room" on the 11th floor to have a view of the river. The staff did not appear to have any urgency to be of service nor welcomed us. We followed another couple up 1 floor to where there was a huge empty space that had a check in desk stuck way over at one end. Check In We opted for the valet parking which was convenient, but then you enter the ground floor to a large empty space where there are no greeters or direction. If you've been using KAYAK successfully up until now, try closing your browser and starting again.Checked into Caesars for the first time due to the good reviews, but was not impressed at all. Please send us a message and we'll try to figure out what went wrong. Probably something about the web browser you are using made KAYAK think you are a bot. They tend to try to cram large suitcases in the overhead bin, and they prattle on about celebrities they know while you are trying to watch the movie. For example, we don't want bots running about trying to book airline tickets. Bots are generally a good thing, but some web pages are for humans only. KAYAK uses bots to search for travel deals. Search engines like Google use robots to build up search results. What is a bot?Ī bot, or robot, or crawler is software that visits web sites and collects data from them without a human present. If you are seeing this page, it means that KAYAK thinks you are a "bot," and the page you were trying to get to is only useful for humans.
